SunBet — Call The Premier League (the “Promotion”) is a free-to-play prediction game operated by SunBet PTY LTD (Registration number 2008/014410/07) (“SunBet”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in South Africa and licensed by the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board, on this website (the “Website”). No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter, play or win, and no payment will give any advantage. By entering, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not enter.

1 · Eligibility

• Entry is open to individuals aged 18 or over at the time of entry. We may require proof of age and identity before paying any prize.
• Employees, officers, contractors and agents of SunBet and their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to the Promotion, may not win prizes.
• The Promotion is open to residents of South Africa and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. You are responsible for ensuring participation is lawful where you live. Cash prizes are paid in South African Rand by a method we agree at verification, and only where lawful and reasonably practical.
• Entry is personal to you. You may not enter on behalf of anyone else or as part of any syndicate, group or organised effort.

2 · How to enter

• Entry is free. Create one account with a SunBet username and a valid email address, then make and confirm your predictions before the markets close. A phone number is optional at entry, but we may require a verified number, and any other information we reasonably need, before a prize is paid.
• One entry per person. One account, one username, one person. Duplicate, multiple, automated, scripted or bot entries, and any attempt to enter more than once (including via multiple usernames, emails, numbers or devices), are void.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete details that belong to you, and keep them correct. Winners who cannot be identified, contacted or verified through the details entered forfeit their prize. SunBet is not responsible for entries or details that are lost, late, incomplete, incorrect or undeliverable.
• Your SunBet username must be your own. Impersonation, or use of a fake, borrowed or temporary identity, voids the entry.

3 · The game

• The Promotion runs across the 38 gameweeks of the 2026/27 Premier League season. Each gameweek is played and scored separately.
• SunBet points have no cash or monetary value. They are not money, not a currency, not a stake and not a wager. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged, withdrawn or redeemed for cash or any other benefit, and they confer no ownership or legal rights of any kind. They exist only to rank entrants on the leaderboard. Nothing in this Promotion involves the risk of money on an uncertain outcome.
• At the start of every gameweek each entrant receives 10,000 points. Points are issued fresh each gameweek and do not roll over: any unused or won points expire when the gameweek is settled and cannot be carried into the next one. Your season total is the sum of your gameweek scores.
• You must make a prediction on every match in the gameweek, with a minimum of 500 points per match, and you must stake all 10,000 points — points left unstaked cannot be submitted, and would expire unused in any case. A gameweek entry is only valid once every match has a prediction, your full allowance is staked, and you have submitted it before the deadline.
• To be eligible for the main season prize you must play every gameweek. Missing a gameweek — failing to submit a valid, complete entry before that gameweek's deadline — makes you ineligible for the main prize for the rest of the season. You may keep playing, but only the season leaderboard carries a prize.
• Each outcome is priced from 1% to 99%, exactly as on a prediction market: the price is the implied probability of that outcome, and a correct prediction settles at 100%. Your points buy shares at the price shown, so backing an outcome the market rates unlikely returns more. Prices are derived from publicly available prediction-market and bookmaker data. The price you are charged includes a small spread over the quoted price, and settlement on any single prediction is capped, both as shown at the point of picking. Prices move until a market closes; the price attached to your confirmed pick is the price that settles it, and later movement does not change it.
• Each match closes 20 minutes before its own kick-off. Closing times are shown on the Website and may be adjusted if a fixture is rescheduled. It is your responsibility to submit in time.
• Once submitted, a gameweek entry is locked and final and cannot be changed, added to or withdrawn. If a match is postponed, abandoned and not replayed within the gameweek, or cancelled, that prediction is voided and its stake returned to your balance for that gameweek. We may extend, adjust, void or settle affected gameweeks acting reasonably.
• Challenges award bonus points on top of your predictions and are optional. They are determined automatically by the Website from your own entry data — there is nothing to claim and no proof to submit. Early Bird (500 points) is awarded where your gameweek entry is submitted before 23:59 (UTC) on the Wednesday preceding the first kick-off of that gameweek. Giant Killer (750 points) is awarded where a prediction you made at a price of 20% or less is settled as correct; it is awarded once per gameweek regardless of how many such predictions are correct. The Full 38 awards 250, 750 and 1,500 points when you reach runs of 3, 6 and 10 consecutive gameweeks played; each is awarded once per season. Failing to submit a valid entry for a gameweek resets the run to zero, and past awards are not withdrawn. Where a prediction is voided under these Terms it does not count towards Giant Killer.
• Settlement is based on official Premier League results, which are final. In the event of an obvious error, a display, pricing, scoring or technical error, or a result later corrected by the official body, we may recalculate, correct or void affected predictions, scores or prizes.

4 · SunBet account multiplier

• Every cash prize doubles. Where the winning entrant holds a SunBet account, every cash prize under this Promotion — weekly or season, and at any position — is paid at twice the amount listed. The multiplier applies to cash prizes only. It does not apply to the season grand prize, which is a fixed travel prize and cannot be doubled.
• How the account is matched. To claim the multiplier you supply, in-app, the email address on your SunBet account. That address is used solely to match your entry to a SunBet account. Supplying an address is not itself proof of an account: the doubled amount is paid only where SunBet verifies, at settlement, an account registered to the same person. Amounts displayed in-app before that verification are indicative.
• Where no account can be verified, the prize is paid at the standard (undoubled) amount. Providing an address that belongs to someone else, or opening an account solely in another person's name to claim the multiplier, voids the entry and any prize.
• Holding a SunBet account is entirely optional. It has no effect on entry, scoring, ranking or eligibility — every entrant plays the same game and is ranked identically. It changes only the amount a winner is paid.
• No purchase, deposit, stake or wager is required to open or maintain a SunBet account for the purposes of this Promotion, and no deposit or betting activity is required to qualify for the multiplier.

5 · Prizes

• Weekly prize. In each gameweek, the single highest-ranked eligible entrant on that gameweek's leaderboard wins R2,500. Where the winning entrant holds a verified SunBet account registered in the same name, the prize is doubled to R5,000. Only the first-placed entrant is paid; there are no cash prizes for any other position. All cash prizes are denominated and paid in South African Rand.
• Season prize pool. A separate pool of R5,000 is awarded at the end of the season to the ten highest-ranked eligible entrants on the season leaderboard, by total points across all 38 gameweeks, in descending order: R2,500 for 1st, R1,250 for 2nd, R500 for 3rd, R200 for 4th, R175 for 5th, R125 for 6th, R100 for 7th, R75 for 8th, R50 for 9th and R25 for 10th. Weekly prizes and season prizes are separate and an entrant may win both.
• SunBet account multiplier. Every cash prize under this Promotion — weekly or season, and at any position — is doubled where the winning entrant holds a verified SunBet account registered in the same name at the time the prize is settled. The multiplier applies to cash prizes only and does not apply to the season grand prize, which is a fixed travel prize. The email address supplied in-app is used only to match an entry to a SunBet account at settlement; amounts shown in-app before that match is confirmed are indicative.
• Season grand prize. The entrant ranked first on the season leaderboard, by total points across all 38 gameweeks, wins, in addition to the first-place season cash prize, 5 nights at The Palace, or at an alternative Sun International resort of the winner's choosing, subject to availability, blackout dates and the resort's own terms. The grand prize is not transferable and has no cash alternative. Travel, transfers and all costs not expressly included are the winner's responsibility.
• If two or more eligible entrants are tied for a prize position, the tie is settled by random draw between the tied entrants. An entrant may win more than one prize under this Promotion — a weekly prize may be won in any number of gameweeks, and weekly, season-pool and grand prizes are separate awards.
• Prizes are as stated, are not transferable or exchangeable, and there is no cash or other alternative except that SunBet may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. All cash prize values are stated, denominated and paid in South African Rand (ZAR); no other currency is offered and no conversion is made. Any fees, charges or taxes arising on a prize are the winner’s responsibility.
• Winners are announced on SunBet’s official channels, including @sunbet_sa, and contacted through the details entered. Cash prizes are paid in ZAR by a method agreed at verification, which may include credit to your SunBet account. You must complete any verification, including proof of age and identity, and provide any information reasonably required before payment.
• If a winner cannot be verified or contacted, does not respond within 14 days of our first attempt, declines, is ineligible, or provides details that are incorrect or unusable, the prize is forfeited and we may award it to the next eligible entrant or re-draw it. We are not liable for prizes that cannot be delivered due to incorrect details or circumstances outside our control.

6 · Fair play, fraud & conduct

• SunBet may, at its sole discretion, disqualify entrants and void entries, scores and prizes where it reasonably suspects fraud, cheating, multiple or fake accounts, collusion, bots, automation, exploitation of an error or bug, tampering, or any breach of these Terms or of any platform’s rules.
• We may withhold a prize pending investigation, and recover the value of any prize obtained through such conduct. Serious cases may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Any attempt to deliberately damage the Website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a breach of law and will result in disqualification.
• Our decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion, including eligibility, settlement, account verification and winners, are final, and we are not obliged to enter into correspondence about them.

7 · Data & privacy

• To run the Promotion we collect and use the details you provide — your username, email address, country, any phone number you add, and the SunBet account email address you supply to claim the multiplier — to administer entries, verify eligibility, match entries to SunBet accounts, and contact and pay winners.
• By entering and winning, you agree that we may announce winners publicly on SunBet’s channels using your entered username, and may publish that username as part of announcing results. We do not sell your personal data.
• We keep your data only as long as needed for the Promotion and to meet legal obligations. Contact sunbet.co.za with any data request.

8 · Liability

• The Website and Promotion are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, and we are not responsible for network, device, browser, connectivity or other technical failures that affect entry or participation.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, SunBet and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of a prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
• Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the value of the prize the affected entrant was eligible to win.
• You agree to indemnify SunBet against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your entry, or your misuse of the Website.

9 · General

• SunBet may amend these Terms or suspend, modify, shorten, extend, or cancel the Promotion at any time, including for legal, regulatory, security or operational reasons or events outside our reasonable control; any change is posted on the Website and applies from posting.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold under South African law.
• This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with the Premier League, any Premier League club, Instagram, Meta or X, and it is not gambling or betting: it is a free-to-play skill and prediction game with no purchase, stake or wager of money.
• This Promotion is operated on prediction-game technology supplied by Degenerate. SunBet is the promoter and is solely responsible for the Promotion, entries and prizes.
